Power Up Coaching Academy is the result of decades of lived experience across leadership, social care, faith, entrepreneurship, and public speaking. It was not built quickly, and it was not built accidentally. It was forged through obedience, professional rigour, and a deep commitment to stewarding God given gifts with excellence.
At its core, Power Up Coaching has always been about one thing:
helping people find their voice, clarify their value, and use what God has given them to serve others well, communicate with confidence across sacred and secular platforms.
The Early Foundations: Leadership, Social Care, and Restoration
The roots of Power Up Coaching were formed long before entrepreneurship entered the picture. Through frontline work in social care, training, safeguarding, and restorative practice, the focus was on people, responsibility, and repair.
This work culminated in the establishment of Well Springs Community Services CIC in 2010, delivering social care training, restorative justice approaches, and community based services.
The need was not for louder voices but for clearer, grounded ones.
Here, the lessons were deep and formative:
Communication can heal or harm
Leadership without emotional intelligence damages systems
Restoration requires structure, not sentiment
Confidence is essential when responsibility is high
These principles became foundational even when the expression of the work later changed.
The First Transition:
From Social Care to Signature Systems and Speaking (2015–2025)
Entrepreneurship entered the journey through professional speaking. After joining the Professional Speakers Academy, the focus shifted toward developing high level communication, platform presence, and business acumen. This season sharpened our ability to:
Articulate complex ideas clearly
Command a room with authority and compassion
Translate lived experience into teachable frameworks
Build sustainable income through expertise
The Birth of a Method: Faith Meets Business Strategy
As the coaching practice grew, so did the need for structure. Through formal coach certification and deep training, particularly the work that shaped how signature systems are created and taught, something pivotal emerged:

Monetise their knowledge with integrity
This became the Faith Fuelled Business Blueprint the foundational signature system of Power Up Coaching Academy.

For many years, and some iterations this Blueprint led the work of Power Up Coaching Academy and positioned Netty Bryan as the go-to mentor for faith-filled females seeking to turn their God-given gifts into profitable, purpose-led businesses. Our audience grew. Our reputation strengthened and results followed.
The Pandemic & the Second Transition (2022)
In 2022, following the global disruption of the pandemic, a significant transition took place. We closed Well Springs Community Services CIC after 12 years in operation, not as a failure, but as a discerning response to a changing landscape and a call to refocus.
This was not an ending — it was a realignment.

Over time, our work expanded beyond local and national borders. Through coaching, mentoring, speaking, and training:
